Welcome to Sufa Quran Academy. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online Quran learning platform and services. By registering, accessing our website, or enrolling in our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Sufa Quran Academy (“we,” “us,” “our,” “the Academy”), you (“student,” “user,” “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein.

If you are enrolling a child under the age of 18, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and have authority to accept these terms on the child’s behalf.

2. About Our Services

Educational Services Provided

Sufa Quran Academy offers online Quranic education, including:

  • Quran Reading (Nazra)

  • Quran Memorization (Hifz)

  • Tajweed (rules of proper recitation)

  • Tafsir (Quranic explanation)

  • Islamic Studies (basic Islamic knowledge, Duas, Ahadith)

  • Arabic Language Learning

  • Customized Programs tailored to individual needs

Teaching Methods

Classes are delivered through:

  • One-on-one live video sessions

  • Interactive online learning platforms

  • Regular assessments and progress reports

  • Recorded lessons (with consent)

  • Digital learning resources

3. Eligibility and Registration

Age Requirements

  • Open to students of all ages

  • Parental consent required for students under 18

  • Accurate registration information must be provided

Registration Process

To enroll, you must:

  • Complete the registration form accurately

  • Provide a valid email and contact number

  • Select a course and preferred schedule

  • Attend a trial class (if applicable)

  • Choose a payment plan

  • Agree to these Terms and Conditions

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping login credentials confidential

  • All activity under your account

  • Reporting unauthorized access immediately

  • Keeping your contact details up to date

4. Free Trial Classes

  • Duration: One 30-minute session (typically)

  • Purpose: Student level assessment

  • No Obligation: No requirement to continue

  • Limit: One free trial per student

  • Availability: Subject to teacher availability

5. Courses and Enrollment

Class Scheduling

  • Scheduled by mutual agreement

  • Class durations: 30, 45, or 60 minutes

  • Flexible timing across time zones

  • Schedule changes require 24 hours’ notice

Teacher Assignment

  • Based on availability, preferences, and language needs

  • All teachers are qualified and certified

  • Teacher change requests may be made with valid reasons

  • Academy may reassign teachers if necessary

6. Payment Terms and Pricing

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx)

  • PayPal & digital wallets

  • Bank transfer (region-specific)

  • Western Union / MoneyGram (where applicable)

Payment Schedule

  • Monthly, quarterly, annual, or weekly plans

  • Payment due at the start of each billing period

Late Payments

  • 3-day grace period

  • Classes may be suspended after grace period

  • Late fees may apply

  • Repeated delays may lead to termination

Pricing Changes

Prices may change with 30 days’ notice and will not affect already-paid billing periods.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Student Cancellation

  • Within first week: Full refund (excluding registration fees)

  • After first week: Pro-rata refund for unused classes

  • Notice: Minimum 7 days written notice

  • Processing: 10–15 business days

Academy Cancellation

Services may be suspended for:

  • Non-payment

  • Terms violations

  • Inappropriate behavior

  • Technical limitations

Unused prepaid fees will be refunded if cancellation is initiated by the Academy.

Temporary Suspension

  • Freeze allowed up to 1 month

  • Max twice per year

  • 3 days’ advance notice required

8. Class Attendance and Conduct

Missed Classes

  • No-show without notice = class counted

  • 6-hour notice may allow makeup class

  • Teacher absence = rescheduled at no cost

  • Academy technical issues = makeup session

Code of Conduct

Students and parents must:

  • Show respect to teachers and staff

  • Attend classes punctually

  • Maintain modest dress and Islamic etiquette

  • Ensure a distraction-free learning environment

  • Avoid harassment or abusive behavior

Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

9. Technical Requirements

Students must ensure:

  • Stable internet (minimum 2 Mbps)

  • Camera-enabled device with microphone

  • Updated browser or class app

  • Quiet learning space

Technical issues on the student’s end do not qualify for refunds.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All Academy materials—including lessons, recordings, branding, and content—are copyright protected.

Permitted Use

  • Personal educational use only

Prohibited Use

  • Sharing, recording, selling, or reproducing content

  • Commercial or institutional reuse

11. Recording and Privacy

  • Classes may be recorded with consent

  • Students may not record sessions without written permission

  • Secure storage with restricted access

  • Deletion requests accepted

Privacy handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Child Safety and Protection

  • Verified and trained teachers

  • Professional boundaries maintained

  • Parental supervision encouraged

  • Immediate reporting of concerns via email

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sufa Quran Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the last 3 months.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is.”
We do not guarantee specific results, uninterrupted service, or teacher availability.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Academy from claims arising from misuse of services or violation of these Terms.

16. Educational Progress and Certification

  • Progress assessed regularly

  • Certificates issued upon successful completion

  • Hifz and Tajweed certificates require final evaluation

17. Communication and Updates

By enrolling, you consent to receive:

  • Class reminders

  • Progress updates

  • Billing notifications

  • Academy announcements

Promotional messages may be opted out of.

18. Holidays and Breaks

  • Islamic holidays observed

  • Holiday schedules announced in advance

  • No class deductions for official holidays

19. Dispute Resolution

Disputes should first be resolved amicably.
If unresolved, disputes may proceed to mediation, arbitration, or court under the Academy’s governing jurisdiction.

20. Modifications to Terms

  • Terms may be updated with notice

  • Continued use constitutes acceptance

  • Disagreement allows cancellation

21. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any clause is invalid, remaining provisions remain enforceable. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the complete agreement.
